Thank you for your online order for cleaning service and for making your corresponding payment.
We are in the process of scheduling service and will be back in contact with you using your selected contact preferences.
Appointments are scheduled in the order they are received and in accordance to service date.
If your order is not for a week or two then you may not hear back from us for several days as we are working on appointments that are to be scheduled for today/tomorrow/day after and so on.
If your appointment is within the next couple of days but you have not heard from us then please don’t worry; however, for peace of mind, feel free to contact us.
Since we have an automated phone system with mail boxes intended for those who are considering Maid Maid EZ but who have not as yet placed their order, we suggest:
1. Send us a text message to (212) 518-0600. This is better than email since some emails have been known to end up in our Spam folder and may be overlooked.
2. If calling to speak with a live person then dial #9 on the phone system (800) 376-1464. If you get voice mail then please be sure to leave a message, please don’t just hang up.
We will do our best to get back you timely even if only to advise that we are still working on scheduling your cleaning appointment.
We want all our customers to have a pleasant and professional experience with us. Sometimes, the unexpected can happen, or we are particularly busy – please don’t interpret our silence as not caring or being inefficient.
