Generally, within a 30 miles radius of Manhattan zip code 10017. 2. Maid EZ operates 7 days a week and all appointments for cleaning service are scheduled online via our website where you can obtain instant pricing and know how long each assignment is estimated to take. Please note we do NOT accept orders any other way and we do not make house visits for estimation purposes.
3. Please be sure to read the information on our website regarding our service and our prices.
4. If you plan on using a Groupon or Living Social then please be sure to read their Fine Print to avoid any possible misunderstanding.

All scheduling and balance payments, after redeeming your coupon code, are made on our website. You do not get cleaning for the price you paid to Groupon, the promotion offers you discounted pricing towards the cost of cleaning – this is why the Groupon/Living Social says CREDIT TOWARDS.
5. If you encountered an issue applying a Groupon/Living Social coupon code then it’s probably related to inserting their Groupon Order Number:

6. Our Groupon/Living Social promotions only extend to our Deep Clean/Get It Clean Service. All Moving Cleans are Deep Cleans. If you have had recent post-renovation/construction work and there is a lot of dust then you need to select Post-Renovation Clean and select the number of rooms with dust on the next page during the checkout process.
7. If you are looking for a “Standard Clean” then please consider our EZ-PZ Clean which is significantly less costly and does NOT require purchasing any Groupon/Living Social. This cleaning type is intended for light cleaning and you can read about it under SERVICES https://maide-z.com/services/ on our website. You should also familiarize yourself with what happens in homes that are significantly dirty with respect to the amount of time the home will take to clean. 8. We bring our own cleaning equipment and Eco-friendly cleaning products with us; however, if you want our service professionals to use yours then no problem – just let us know by writing this in the Notes/Special Instructions field on our check-out page.
9. If you require the cleaners to do certain tasks that are not included in your order then kindly let us know so that we can invoice you accordingly and to authorize the cleaners accordingly.
10. If you only want certain rooms cleaned or certain rooms not cleaned then please specify as such on the Special Instructions field on your order.
