If you have a cleaning buddy you work with then that’s great as this means you will be offered larger size homes, and/or more assignments. It is also perfectly fine to work by yourself however you will be restricted mostly to 4-6 labor-hour assignments.
Post-Construction and Post-Renovation Cleans, where such work was completed during the past 30 days of placing this order, and/or there is the usual amount of dust and dirt associated with such work, REQUIRE selection of Post-Renovation Clean cleaning type on the previous page. Since this is also a Moving Clean, Moving Clean will be auto selected on the Home Page. Select YES, PROCEED WITH CHANGES and you will be taken back to the Home Page where you will need to select Post-Renovation Clean; or select STAY WITH CURRENT SETTING if Construction or Renovation work has not taken place during the past 30 days AND there is no such construction/renovation dust present.

The expressed number of 'Labor-hours' is an estimation of how long your assignment is likely to take based on your selections. You are not buying this set number of hours but rather a cleaning service that estimates the amount of time. This time may vary depending on home configuration, size, cleaning condition, and speed of the cleaning professional. For more information please click 'Labor-hours: What you need to know' . Thank you for your understanding.
